Orlando Youth Jazz Orchestra One
The “Orlando Youth Jazz Orchestra One” or the “OYJO” is our premier Big Band. It is a twenty-Five piece band featuring some of Orlando’s finest young jazz musicians! We perform a variety of genres ranging from funk and swing all the way to latin, and even some pop tunes!
The OYJO is under the direction of Jesus Lopez.

Due to popular demand the “Orlando Youth Jazz Orchestra Two ” or the “OYJO2” is our second Big band. The twenty-Two piece band features some of Orlando’s finest young jazz musicians! We perform a variety of genres ranging from funk and swing all the way to latin, and even some pop tunes!

Due to the nature of the ensembles the "OYJO" is by audition only. Auditions are for placement into the ensembles not for entry, all students are welcomed to join our jazz program!
